Work Wear Office Coordinator LOCATION: JLR Halewood, Liverpool 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm Salary: £24,912 per annum   Who are Murray Uniforms?   From starting out in a textiles factory in Northampton in 1918 to our existing operations in Coventry today, our knowledge and skills have grown alongside our business.  Most importantly, we have learned that what you wear matters. Working in the Murray Workwear site at JLR Halewood, this role is to support and ensure an excellent customer experience for all on-site work wear requirements. Reporting to the Account Manager, this is a varied role that will let you fully use both your customer service and organisational skills.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing & Order Query Resolution (incl. Order Picking & Packing)
  • Order / delivery receipt, tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
  • Stock Counting / Stock Taking
  • Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
  • Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales
  • Processing Returns
  • Act as Murray point of contact on site
  Your Background and Experience
  • Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.
  • Strong organisational skills

As our Customer Service Administrator you’ll enjoy a varied role dealing with a range of customers doing both customer care and administrative duties. You’ll be a key representative and customer facing contact at the company, giving you the ability to really showcase your customer care, organisational and administrative skills. Key Responsibilities:  
  • Answering internal and external telephone calls
  • Monitoring and responding to a high volume of customer emails
  • Resolving or referring customer queries
  • Order processing and re-types
  • Returns processing
  • Supporting the creation of client reports
  • Order chasing
  • Any other reasonable requests from your customers or line manager
  Your Background and Experience  
  • Experience in a customer focused role, demonstrating a very high level of customer care and service, both pro-actively and reactively
  • Experience with administrative duties

As the Executive Assistant to the MD of Murray Uniforms you’ll have a varied role including administrative duties, organising and preparing management and Board meetings, making travel arrangements, diary management and a host of other activities. You’ll be working closely with the MD day to day, being instrumental to enabling them to maximise their time on proactive, strategic activities by reducing their time spent on reactive detail. Please note that this role is 5 days a week on-site. Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and prepare for management meetings, including monthly Board meetings.
  • Minute taking and actions follow up from Management meetings.
  • Support the smooth running of reporting systems.
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling.
  • Reviewing, prioritising, and responding to managers’ emails when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
  • Supporting management with internal projects.
  • Management and budgetary control of office facilities and related contractors.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
Your Background and Experience
  • Experience working as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant with a high level stakeholder
  • Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Highly articulate with a high standard of literacy.
  • Ability to take minutes during intense meetings and produce a report promptly following.
  • Highly organised and task driven.
