In his day job Richard works with Microsoft's customers giving them clarity and confidence about their digital journeys, helping them turn their aspirations into transformational business results.
He is a renowned keynote speaker and event facilitator with an energising and engaging style. He lives in the UK but travels extensively, shamelessly collecting and telling stories everywhere he goes.
After a troubled childhood, he left home at 15 to live on the streets and became involved in crime which led to a prison sentence.
At the age of 21 he enlisted into the Army and over the following 17 years, he did several tours in Northern Ireland and served in the Falklands campaign.
He then ran The Bath and Racquets Club in Mayfair as the General Manager. From there he went on to run Champney’s Health Club in Piccadilly.
In 1994, after being an Atheist for almost 38 years, he attended an Alpha course and became a Christian. Following a volunteered prison visit, Paul became passionate about caring for people both inside prison and on their release.
In 1996 he successfully pioneered the Alpha course within the UK and International prison systems, with the Armed Forces following almost a decade later.
In 2002, after completing a degree in theology, he was ordained a Priest into the Church of England and a few years later, founded the charity ‘Caring for Ex-Offenders’ (CFEO), which has helped over 2000 men and women reintegrate back into society.
In 2012 he founded the William Wilberforce Trust and in 2014 Paul received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Lord Longford Trust for his work in prisons, with his MBE following two years later for ‘Services to Ex-Offenders’.
Paul is now the Director of Rehabilitation for Iceland foods, one of the leading food retailers in the UK. Having experienced strong support and positive response from Iceland colleagues, his role is to help get those coming out of prison employment and restoration.

He consistently wins praise for his dynamic stage presence, his ability to connect with audiences and delivery of practical, relevant business content that inspires action.
Tim lives in Woodstock, Oxfordshire in the UK with his lovely wife and 4 kids.
Catherine develops solutions that enable organisations to harness the power of their employees, building high-performing brands from the inside out. Her focus is on creating approaches that the align employees’ perceptions, behaviours and actions with an organisation’s brand, vision, values and strategic objectives. In particular, she is skilled at identifying and mobilising the internal influencers and power brokers who determine the success or failure of change programmes.
She has a strong track record of advising leadership teams across a broad range of sectors, including: Financial Services (HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland); Pharmaceutical (Novartis, GSK); Property (CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield); Media (BBC, ITV, Capital Radio Group); Energy (BP); Insurance (Zurich), FMCG (Unilever), Technology (Ocado Solutions) and Retail (Marks & Spencer).
Mark gained degrees in economics from Sussex and London Universities and has spent most of his career working as an economist at HSBC. From 2012 until 2023 he was Head of Economics for the Bank’s Commercial Banking division in the UK, where his role involved advising the Bank’s senior management and its clients on developments in the global and UK economies. To this end, an important part of his role was to speak at client events organised or co-hosted by HSBC as well as at conferences sponsored by the Bank. In recent years he has delivered over 150 presentations a year in a wide range of settings, ranging from breakfasts for local businesses to keynote addresses at industry conferences.
In April 2023, Emma was appointed to programme manage the CBI’s People & Culture Transformation Programme, with the goal to drive the cultural renewal of the CBI. She is a member of the CBI’s Senior Leadership team.
Prior to this role, Emma was the Head of Leadership Programmes, and the Lead Facilitator of the CBI’s flagship Executive Leadership Programme, which immerses business leaders in policy, campaigning and influencing. She has worked with over 150 business leaders, helping them shape and lead change, by using their voice with government.
Before joining the CBI, Emma worked at EY, where she was a management consultant in the Financial Services practice, delivering people and organisational change programmes for FS clients. Earlier in her career, Emma held roles at Barclays, LBG and NatWest. She holds an MA in International Relations and French from St Andrews University.
