What’s the role?

As our Customer Service Administrator you’ll enjoy a varied role dealing with a range of customers doing both customer care and administrative duties. You’ll be a key representative and customer facing contact at the company, giving you the ability to really showcase your customer care, organisational and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Answering internal and external telephone calls
  • Monitoring and responding to a high volume of customer emails
  • Resolving or referring customer queries
  • Order processing and re-types
  • Returns processing
  • Supporting the creation of client reports
  • Order chasing
  • Any other reasonable requests from your customers or line manager


Your Background and Experience


  • Experience in a customer focused role, demonstrating a very high level of customer care and service, both pro-actively and reactively
  • Experience with administrative duties
  • Highly IT literate
  • Values Driven – be able to have a total commitment to Company Values at all times, every day
  • Team Player – this role will involve massive and continual interaction with other departments and it has to be considerate, professional and effective at all times.
  • Customer Focused – an absolute commitment to research, recommend and deliver the best possible solution to the customer, and an ability to quickly connect and establish relationships with all levels of staff to gain their complete trust in you and allow your advice to have real influence on their decisions
