A key priority for CEF in their uniform design was to elevate their brand and to be the first company to bring style to their sector. They were looking for a high-quality range of clothing and footwear designed to enhance employee wellbeing, productivity and brand image.
Established in Coventry in 1951, CEF are the UK’s leading electrical distributor. They’ve been a valued Murray client for over 10 years.
CEF followed the Murray Science of Uniform® process, allowing us to engage with every level of stakeholder within the business. This allowed Murray to create a range that enables colleagues on the shop floor to ‘Work Smarter’ whilst elevating CEF’s brand. Style and function don’t have to be exclusive.
The uniform has received fantastic feedback from both wearers and customers. During the 4-week wearer trial, one wearer said, “I have had good feedback from customers when wearing the uniform. I love the new colour.” Another wearer said, “I love the new look for the uniform and the warehouse operatives really approve [of it]. It’s a smart look for all and the staff will want to wear this.”
