- Collection and distribution of Laundry on site
- Liaise with Laundry provider as required
- Maintaining locker inventory
- Garment Embroidery / applying ‘sewn on’ badges
- Order Processing & Order Query Resolution (incl. Order Picking & Packing)
- Order / delivery receipt, tracking and notifying customer of garment arrival
- Stock Counting / Stock Taking
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience for all ‘Work Wear Centre’ visitors in line with our Legendary Service ethos
- Maintaining a tidy and organised work area
- Submission of reports and KPI information within timescales
- Processing Returns
- Act as Murray point of contact on site
- Computer Literate: knowledge of excel, outlook etc.
