Melissa Chapman – Designer “I was over the moon when I heard I’d won the placement with Murray! The interview process was tough and required a substantial amount of prep work for each stage, so to have been successful is truly rewarding. What made me so determined to win this position at Murray was the company culture balanced with the professional work environment that even came across at interview stage, as well as the role itself. Coventry University’s collaboration with Murray proved to be an open door to this opportunity and I’d like to thank Angela Armstrong (Course Director – Fashion) for shortlisting me for initial interview with Murray”

When recruiting, Murray places great emphasis on selecting personnel whose personal values match those of the company. Skill base analysis establishes that the candidates training and experience matches the role requirement; whilst our personal profile analysis provides reassurance of their soft-skill abilities and emotional intelligence.

Murray’s rapid growth within the Bespoke Uniform market means it is constantly on the look-out for professional talent that is aligned to the company values and culture.
