Clothing has a huge impact on our confidence and how others perceive us, but our research with Coventry University was the first to uncover the direct impact of uniforms on workplace productivity and wellbeing.

We found that:

• Employees who feel comfortable in their uniforms are up to 22% happier at work.
• Happier employees are 12% more productive.
• Customers are more likely to buy from happy and well-dressed employees.

Using this research, we’ve identified 240 key elements of garment design that must be ‘done right’ to ensure a uniform delivers a return on investment. Thus, our Science of Uniform® process was born, applying these insights to create bespoke workwear that supports your long-term business goals.
